What We Are Looking For When We Do An Inspection
We start with a basic visual inspection of the chimney system. The inspection includes the fire box, the chimney flue and the exterior of the chimney. The inspection of the flue is critical as this is where chimney fires originate due to the build of creosote behind a crack or gap in the flue tiles. The inspection of the exterior of the chimney could determine deterioration of mortar joints, the crown, seals or flashing. These problems could lead to severe water damage to the chimney and subsequently leaking into the premises.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
In addition to our chimney services, we also now offer dryer vent cleaning services. This service takes approximately 30-45 minutes. We can also install dryer vent covers at an additional fee.
Payment
Payment for services are due upon completion of all work. If the services to be performed are for relining or custom orders, we require a 50% deposit to order the materials and secure the scheduled installation date.
